Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared by hand and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

As the products are handmade, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the product and the volume of orders received.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Orders are shipped through selected courier services.

Estimated delivery times are generally:

• Italy: 2–4 business days from the date of shipment;

• International destinations: 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

These delivery times are estimates only and are not binding. They may vary due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, including courier delays, public holidays, strikes or exceptional events.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout. They may vary depending on the destination and the weight and dimensions of the package.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the Customer will receive an email containing a tracking number that can be used to monitor the status of the shipment.

5. Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation, including Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, known as the Italian Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions established by law.

Returned products must be:

• intact and unused;

• complete with any accessories and original packaging;

• adequately packaged to prevent damage during return transportation.

Personalised and Made-to-Order Handmade Products

Products that are made to measure, personalised or modified at the Customer’s request may be excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Refunds

The refund will be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

The refund covers only the value of the purchased products.

The original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be borne by the Customer.

Where the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed or where the return results from circumstances attributable to the Seller.
